The machines know what happened. The people running the plant don't.
What changes on the floor
Six versions of the same problem, and what each one looks like with Machine-Trak
Smart machines, blind plant
The controls know everything. Nobody can say if that mill is cutting or just powered on.
Every asset reports its own state
Run, idle and down come from the machine, live, by machine, cell, shift and plant.
Downtime from memory
Reasons get written at the end of the shift, so every code is a guess and short stops vanish.
The reason is picked at the machine
Out-of-cycle time opens a delay event by itself and the operator picks the reason in the moment.
No record of yesterday
What ran on second shift, and why it stopped, lives in someone's head.
Yesterday is on the record
OEE is broken out into availability, performance and quality and kept, so the downtime Pareto comes from records.
Capacity on gut feel
Add a shift or buy a machine? Nobody has a figure they would defend in the meeting.
A number you would defend
Measured OEE and utilization by cell, with the lost time behind them, before anyone commits to a shift or a capital request.
Found at the ship date
A machine sits down for hours, and the first alarm anyone hears is a late order.
The alert comes when it stops
Triggers and alerts fire as the condition happens, and maintenance sees how often that fault has hit this machine and others.
Downtime cost is invisible
Idle and repair time hide in overhead until finance has to explain a margin miss.
Machine time in dollars
eScore puts a cost on machine time by asset. Machine time reaches the job through the Shop-Trak link, expected by the end of 2026.
"Is the machine shop carrying its own weight?"
The question every plant manager asks. Machine-Trak is how it stops being answered from a feeling about how busy the floor looks.Features

What Machine-Trak needs
- Machine-Trak runs an on-premises collector to read your machines, including for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) customers.
- Moving to Infor's multi-tenant cloud? Machine-Trak and the platform move with you. Your account team will confirm what your version supports.

On the platform
Machine-Trak on the Lake MES Platform
Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak and Fact-Trak already work on your SyteLine data today. The first direct product-to-product integration, Shop-Trak and Machine-Trak, is expected by the end of 2026, with more through 2027.
Shop-Trak
The job and the operator travel to the machine, and counts come back to the job. The first direct integration on the platform.
Doc-Trak
The current setup sheet and revision reach the operator at the machine.
Quality-Trak
Nonconformance and inspections run inside SyteLine. A machine condition raising the quality case is planned for 2027.
Fact-Trak
Machine time reaches the job through the Shop-Trak link, expected by the end of 2026. Part of the Pro tier.
Vantage
Built on the Smartboard framework already running in Machine-Trak.
You are buying one-off solutions and becoming a systems integrator yourself to create what we give you off the shelf.
How you buy it
Capacity scales, capability activates.
The Lake MES Platform is available now and grows with every release.
One subscription, one renewal
You buy the Lake MES Platform, not a single product. Every tier is entitled to the products in it, with starter quantities included, and you decide what to install and when. One agreement covers all of it.
Capacity scales, capability activates
Add devices, users or machines as you grow. The next capability starts as an activation, not a new vendor and a new project.
Already a Lake customer
Current Lake customers receive loyalty pricing on the platform. Each customer moves at its renewal, starting January 1, 2027, and can move sooner through December 31, 2026. Your account team sizes the platform with you and confirms the numbers in a written quote.
