SyteLine Is Your System of Record. The Lake MES Platform Is Your System of Execution.
The shop-floor platform for SyteLine manufacturers.
The Lake MES Platform is available now and grows with every release. Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak and Fact-Trak already work on your SyteLine data today. The first direct product-to-product integration, Shop-Trak and Machine-Trak, is expected by the end of 2026, with more through 2027.
Not six products you integrate yourself. One platform, built for SyteLine, with the direct connections between products built and owned by us.
Three questions that run every floor we visit
Every machine added means another person hired
Leadership cannot see what is slowing you down
Scaling reveals every process you never fixed
Supervisors are managing data, not production
Four layers, and the bottom one is the hard part
Every competitor in this market starts at the top: an experience layer and a dashboard, reaching down through an integration for data they do not own. We start at the bottom, because that is the part that cannot be bought in a quarter.
One window per role, so nobody has to open five products. The command center, the persona windows, and the way capability activates rather than installs.
The layer that explains rather than displays. Plain-language questions over live floor data, cost variance explained, and a machine cost lens that turns hours into dollars.
Capture on its own tells you what happened. The workflow layer acts on it: daily management, the maintenance loop, the quality loop, skills and qualification.
Forty-plus years of capturing what actually happens on a floor: labor, documents, inspection results, plans and cost, and now machine signal down to the control. This is the layer competitors have to reach for from outside. Labor, documents and analytics already work on your SyteLine data; machine data joins as Shop-Trak and Machine-Trak connect, expected by the end of 2026.
Read it bottom to top. The order is the argument.
Built around your SyteLine data
Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak and Fact-Trak already work on your SyteLine data today. The first direct product-to-product integration, Shop-Trak and Machine-Trak, is expected by the end of 2026, with more through 2027.
Before
Separate tools, separate truths. The correlation between them is your job: re-keying, walking the floor, waiting for month-end. When the numbers disagree, finding out which one is right is a project.
After
The Lake MES Platform, built around the SyteLine record you already own. Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak and Fact-Trak already work on your SyteLine data today, and the machine question joins as Shop-Trak and Machine-Trak connect directly, expected by the end of 2026.
What you are actually choosing between
Every capability on this page can be bought separately from somebody. The question is who does the integration, and who owns it in year three.
| The question | Five vendors, five contracts | The Lake MES Platform |
|---|---|---|
| Where the data comes from | Exported, mapped, re-keyed or synced on a schedule. Somebody owns the mapping forever. | Already there. The job, the operation, the item and the work center are the same records in the same database. |
| Who owns the integration | You do. You become the systems integrator for software you bought to avoid being one. | We do. Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak and Fact-Trak already work on your SyteLine data, and the direct connections between products are ours to build and support.. |
| When something disagrees | Two systems, two numbers, and a meeting to decide which is right. | Your SyteLine record is the reference, so there is one place to check. |
| What it takes to add the next capability | A new evaluation, a new contract, a new integration project. | It activates. Capacity scales, capability activates, inside the SyteLine you already run. |
| Who you call when it breaks | Whoever you can get to admit it is theirs. | One partner, one support organization, one escalation path. |
| What happens to SyteLine | Each tool wants its own version of your master data. | Nothing. We extend the ERP. We do not replace it, and we do not fork your data. |
Six capabilities on one platform, not six products you integrate
Each one contributes something the others cannot see.
Every role assembles its own answer today, by hand, one question at a time
The reason shop-floor software fails is not features. It is that the people who are supposed to use it are asked to open something extra. On the platform, each role sees a different composition of the same truth.

Expected early 2027 The plant manager's window is composed by Vantage. Machine data in the operator's window joins as Shop-Trak and Machine-Trak connect, expected by the end of 2026.
What changes when the floor runs on one system
Paper Machinery Corporation, Milwaukee
62 machines managed, and no new equipment.
The constraint on taking more work was never the machines. It was how many people it took to keep track of them. Machine intelligence is now part of the platform, and its direct integration with Shop-Trak is expected by the end of 2026. Read how it joined →
You don't buy the whole floor on day one
Capacity scales, capability activates. If you run any Lake product today, you already own the first piece. The rest activates as you are ready, on the SyteLine you already run. SyteLine does not change: we extend the ERP, we do not replace it.
The platform works from your SyteLine data, and that only works if the data underneath is sound.
Machine intelligence uses an on-premise collector for data capture, legacy assets may need interface hardware, and Machine-Trak may require a setup fee. Some cloud analytics carry Infor prerequisites we name during scoping. Quality-Trak runs as part of the platform on SyteLine 9 and later, and its configuration is real quality-engineering work per account: deciding which checks apply to which part at which operation is not a switch. And the per-role windows arrive with Vantage, expected early 2027, not on day one.
Where this is going, in horizons rather than dates we cannot keep
Delivered: Quality-Trak is live on the platform.
Next, expected by the end of 2026: the first direct product-to-product integration, Shop-Trak and Machine-Trak.
Planned for 2027: Shop-Trak and Quality-Trak, more product-to-product integrations, and the per-role windows with Vantage, expected early 2027.
Exploring, and named so nobody assumes it is funded: supplier quality, safety and environmental templating.
Who this is for, and who it's not
Who the platform is for
Discrete manufacturers running Infor SyteLine or CloudSuite Industrial, across aerospace and defense, industrial machinery, metal fabrication, medical devices, automotive and suppliers, and high-tech electronics.
The people who use it: operators and assemblers, shift supervisors, schedulers and planners, engineering and document control, purchasing, quality leads, maintenance technicians, controllers and finance, plant managers.
Who the platform is not for
Process manufacturers. Discrete manufacturers on an ERP other than SyteLine or CloudSuite Industrial. Anyone who wants a single point tool and expects it to stay that way.
Everything we build is designed around SyteLine's own data structures, and that native depth is exactly what makes it non-portable. It is the reason the platform works, and the reason it is not for everyone.
Questions and objections
No. The platform is built for SyteLine and SyteLine is unchanged. We extend the ERP, we do not replace it, and we do not fork your master data.
SyteLine keeps the record. Your floor keeps the truth, in fragments. The platform is the execution layer that connects them. The honest starting point is usually the Data Foundations Assessment rather than a demo.
MES for SyteLine is a fair description. We describe ourselves as the shop-floor platform for SyteLine manufacturers, because a platform built around the SyteLine you already run is more useful to you than a category label.
Quality-Trak is available now as part of the platform and runs on SyteLine 9 and later. Vantage, the command center that composes a window for each role, is expected early 2027, and we will show you the preview rather than describe it.
It depends on which capability you start with and how sound your data is underneath, which is what the assessment establishes. What we will not do is quote you an implementation range on a web page. We would rather come and look at your floor.
