Paperwork lives in inboxes and drives. SyteLine can't see it.
What changes on the floor
Six versions of the same problem, and what each one looks like with Doc-Trak
Fifty small hunts a day
Invoices, POs, certs and drawings live in inboxes, shared drives and paper folders.
Every document one click from the record
Doc-Trak files each document against the SyteLine transaction it belongs to, and plain-language search finds it from the form you are on.
The wrong print on the bench
The packet on the bench is a revision behind. The part runs until someone notices.
The released revision opens with the job
The current revision is linked to the item, job and operation. Engineering releases once, and every station running that part gets the new print.
Invoices wait on paperwork
AP hunts for the PO, receiver and packing slip before it can match and pay.
The invoice arrives already matched
Inbound documents are matched to the transaction and filed to the supplier, PO and receiver.
Shipping paperwork retyped
Packing slips, certs and bills of lading get rebuilt by hand while the truck waits.
Paperwork built from the transaction
Packing slips, COAs, bills of lading and PO acknowledgements are produced from SyteLine and sent to the right contact.
Audits and disputes stall
An auditor or customer asks for the record, and the team starts digging through binders.
The record answers while they wait
Certificates, travelers and approvals are pulled from the job record, because that is where they were filed.
Knowledge walks out the door
Files and approvals sit in personal folders and leave when the person does.
Filing rules, not personal habits
Saving rules file every document the same way, in your repositories, so the record stays where the next person will look.
"Can we prove these parts were good? Certs live on a whiteboard, audits take two weeks."
The question a customer audit asks. Certificates, revisions and proof of what shipped are the paperwork half of that answer.Features

How you buy it
Capacity scales, capability activates.
The Lake MES Platform is available now and grows with every release.
One subscription, one renewal
You buy the Lake MES Platform, not a single product. Every tier is entitled to the products in it, with starter quantities included, and you decide what to install and when. One agreement covers all of it.
Capacity scales, capability activates
Add devices, users or machines as you grow. The next capability starts as an activation, not a new vendor and a new project.
Already a Lake customer
Current Lake customers receive loyalty pricing on the platform. Each customer moves at its renewal, starting January 1, 2027, and can move sooner through December 31, 2026. Your account team sizes the platform with you and confirms the numbers in a written quote.
Questions
Questions about Doc-Trak
Do we have to move our files?
No. Doc-Trak works on the repositories you already run and uses their own credentials and security.
Is Doc-Trak a document management system?
No. It is document automation tied to SyteLine transactions: it files, finds and delivers documents on the stores you already have.
Does Doc-Trak work with email?
Doc-Trak sends paperwork with templated email today. An add-in that reads inbound supplier email is not promised for 2026.
Can I buy Doc-Trak on its own?
Lake sells the Lake MES Platform, not standalone products. Doc-Trak is part of every tier, and you decide what to install and when.
