Ben Johnson is Senior Product Manager at The Lake Companies, an Infor Channel Partner that helps discrete manufacturers get more out of Infor SyteLine. Drawing on hands-on experience across the automotive, food, and electronics industries, Ben drives the development of Lake's integrated manufacturing platform and specializes in production planning and scheduling: making plans feasible, getting teams aligned around them, and using metrics like schedule adherence to drive real improvement on the shop floor.
