Some of the most useful capabilities in Doc-Trak are the ones customers forget they own. Mass Scanning is one of them.

Here's what it does. Take a stack of scanned documents and, using your saving rules, Doc-Trak splits, names, routes, and files each one to the right SyteLine record automatically. No dragging files around, no manual renaming, no hunting for the right attachment tab.

For a long time, one step still needed a person: telling the system what each page was and which record it belonged to. That's the step we've now handed to AI. With the new Match with AI capability, Doc-Trak reads each page, identifies it, and matches it to the correct record for you, then files everything through the saving rules you've already set up.

So if your team still scans documents and files them by hand, here's the takeaway: you may already own most of the answer. Mass Scanning is likely sitting unused in Doc-Trak right now. Turning on AI matching is the last step, and it's the one that removes the tedium.
